Each license is valid for use on one domain. For more details read End User License Agreement.

Support

We provide complimentary support for 30 days for each purchased product. Our support team will assist with plugin installation, general questions and technical errors. We do not provide bug-fix support for our plugins if they are modified or your modifications in other parts of your site cause these errors. As soon as 30 days expires, you need to purchase our Paid Support or subscribe to our plans. We don’t provide support service if you’re using illegal (nulled) version of SocialEngine or if you didn’t provide SocialEngine Admin panel (Superadmin), FTP login details to your site.

Customization

We provide customization services for SocialEngine. The hourly rate is $20 per hour or you can get the fixed price quote using our contact page. The customer pays for customization in advance.
