** Bug checks are referred to your SocialEngine sites Error logs, we shall check them regularly and fixing on demand to reduce the errors by utilizing Dedicated hours.
*** Dedicated hours are fixed hours, in which you can ask us to do any job related to your site development, if work is more than fixed hours, extra payment for extra hours will be charged. Dedicated hours are only for each month, they expired once the subscription renews or expires.
